Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1359, dated 19 June 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) or CB INVESTMENT UNION (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1740, dated 22 July 2015) to withdraw K.M. Ardayev from the provisional administration of the COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) from 23 July 2015.
