On 16 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to refuse to issue licences of professional securities market participant to:
the Bogorodsk-based Renovatio Investments, joint-stock company, (TIN 5245021021) to carry out broker activity, dealer activity, depository activity, and securities management;
the Moscow-based Investment Company Premium-Invest, limited liability company, (TIN 7325122117) to carry out depository activity.
