On 24 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue licences of a professional securities market participant to the following entities:
Investment Company Fontvielle, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management (the city of Moscow);
Investment Company Fianit, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer, depository activity and securities management (the city of Moscow).
