On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 19 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to strike off information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations due to the repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
the organisations failed to provide information on amendments to their constituent documents and documents containing the reports on microfinance activity and their management personnel for the first nine months of 2014 and the year 2014:
Sibinvestgroup, limited liability company (PSRN 1122468033984);
Finances and Credit, limited liability company (PSRN 1121902001451).
