On 27 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register amendments to the Charter of the following companies:
Non-Governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank, closed joint-stock company (the city of Moscow);
Non-Governmental Pension Fund Magnit, closed joint-stock company (the city of Krasnodar).
