On securities issue

On 28 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-13614-А-002D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company KAMAZ Leasing Company (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-56828-D-005D;

to resume the issue and to register the issue of type A privileged registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription;

To assign state registration number 2-01-31153-Н to the securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Siberian Chemical Plant (the Tomsk Region) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55409-Е-008D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company UTair Aviation (the Tyumen Region) placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-00077-F-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sanofi Russia (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12332-Н-004D;

to register issues and prospectus of series 01, 02, 03 non-convertible interest bearing uncertified bearer bonds of Financial Advisor, limited liability company (the Rostov Region), placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-36474-R, 4-02-36474-R, 4-03-36474-R to the securities issues;

to cancel individual numbers (codes):

003D of state registration number 1-01-15063-А-003D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 29 May 2014, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 17 February 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Special Purpose Space Systems Corporation Comet;

001D of state registration number 1-01-15912-А-001D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 4 December 2014, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 19 February 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company AFROMET;
