On withdrawal of broker licence issued to the limited liability company Finance and Economic Consulting, professional participant of the securities market

The Bank of Russia took a decision to withdraw the broker licence of the professional participant of the securities market from the limited liability company Finance and Economic Consulting, (Identification Taxpayer No. 7825498171, PSRN 1037843049320).

The reason to take this decision was multiple violations within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No. 224-FZ dated 27 July 2010 ‘On Counteracting Illegitimate Use of Insider Information and Market Abuse and Amending Separate Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation’.
