On withdrawal of qualification certificates from financial market specialists

Due to the violation of requirements of Federal Law No. 224-FZ dated 27 July 2010 ‘On Counteracting Illegitimate Use of Insider Information and Market Abuse and Amending Separate Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation’, Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To withdraw series AI-001 qualification certificate No. 003047 dated 30 October 2007 of Financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities from Anton Yakovlev.
2. To withdraw series AA qualification certificate No. 014450 dated 05 April 2000 of qualification corresponding to the position of the head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or operations to manage securities from Igor Orlov.
3. To withdraw series AA qualification certificate No. 013549 dated 25 October 1999 of Specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or operations to manage securities from Oleg Yuminov.
