On 23 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
1.To withdraw the licences to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities from the Voronezh-based limited liability company Parity Capital Investment Company, professional participant of the securities market, on application.
2. To withdraw the licence to carry out depositary activity from the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company UBS Nominees, professional participant of the securities market, on application.
