On refusal to cancel licence of management company

On 28 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to cancel a licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the closed joint-stock company Sarson Management Company (hereinafter, the Management Company) (PSRN 1097746496726, licence No. 21-000-1-00710, dated 18 March 2010) as the Company has unfulfilled obligations on agreements the Company concluded when conducting the activity envisaged by the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds.
