On appointing provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK, CB AkademRusBank LLC, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 622, date of registration — 29 October 1990) (Order No. OD-189, dated 29 January 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-190, dated 29 January 2015) to appoint from 29 January 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Anna M. Ermakova, chief economist of the banking supervision section of the Division 3 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK also includes: S.V. Maslov, M.Yu. Barsukov, A.I. Begansky, and E.I. Sazina.
