On revocation of banking licence

Due to the non-compliance by the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK, CB AkademRusBank LLC, with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, because of the established facts of gross misreporting of data, due to the credit institution’s inability to satisfy creditors’ claims on money obligations, and also taking into account the repeated application during the year of measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, and guided by Clauses 3, 6 of Article 19.1 and of Clause 4 of Article 20.2 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, and Article 74.11 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-189, dated 29 January 2015) to revoke the banking licence from the credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 622, date of registration — 29 October 1990) from 29 January 2015.
