The Bank of Russia decided to terminate the activity of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund ‘First Russian Pension Fund’ (12 Kutuzovsky prospekt, Moscow, 121248, TIN 7730227060, PRSN 1147799012943) in pursuance of Paragraph 4 of Clause 1.2 of the Regulation on the Provisional Administration to Manage Non-governmental Pension Fund approved by Order of the FFMS of Russia No. 09-6/pz-n, dated 3 March 2009.
