On freezing asset disposal

On 27 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to freeze for six months for Lighthouse Capital, limited liability company, the disposal of the assets which within the trust management agreements signed with the non-governmental pension funds constitute pension reserves and pension savings including those slated for remuneration payments and/or fulfillment of transaction commitments using the said assets.

This decision is taken in view of the failure to comply with the Bank of Russia instruction to correct violations in Russian legislation and becomes effective the day it is taken.
