On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 20 November 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution First Deposit Bank Limited Liability Company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1244, a date of registration is 20 December 1990), and appointing a liquidator in accordance with Point 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. ОD-33553, dated 28 November 2014) to terminate from 1 December 2014 the activities of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution First Deposit Bank Limited Liability Company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-2579, dated 22 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution First Deposit Bank Limited Liability Company or First Deposit Bank LLC, Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
