On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Arkhangelsk Region, dated 17 November 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY — NON-BANK CREDIT INSTITUTION NORTHERN CLEARING HOUSE (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3317-R, date of registration — 23 October 1997) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3354, dated 28 November 2014) to terminate from 1 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY — NON-BANK CREDIT INSTITUTION NORTHERN CLEARING HOUSE, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2577, dated 22 September 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Arkhangelsk-based Credit Institution CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY — NON-BANK CREDIT INSTITUTION NORTHERN CLEARING HOUSE Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
