On reorganization of governmental pension fund

On 27 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of Non-profit organisation Non-state Pension Fund ‘Defence Industrial Fund’ through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund ‘Defence Industrial Fund Named after V.V. Livanov’, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund ‘Defence Industrial Fund Named after V.V. Livanov’, and to reissue a documental confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund ‘Defence Industrial Fund Named after V.V. Livanov’.
