On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 24 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of securities market professional participants to the following entities:

Moscow-based KPS Capital Asset Management, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Commercial Bank MOSVODOKANALBANK, open joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

Management company RAMAKO, joint-stock company (the settlement of Solopenki, the Aleksino District, the Tula Region), to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

LENOBLBANK, limited liability company (the town of Vsevolzhsk, the Vsevolzhsk District, the Leningrad Region), to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of location;

Chelyabinsk-based URALS INDUSTRIAL BANK, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Centrum Depositary, limited liability company, to carry out depositary activity due to a change of name.
