On cancelling qualification certificates
On 27 August 2015, due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took decisions to cancel:
— series AI-016 qualification certificate No. 001149 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Dmitry Yu. Alpatov, the sole executive body of the Closed joint-stock company BT Financial Corporation;
— series AI-005 qualification certificate No. 000608 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-005 qualification certificate No. 000663 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in depository activity, series AV-003 qualification certificate No. 011690 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, and series AVI-001 qualification certificate No. 013413 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in specialised depository activity of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Anna Yu. Malikova, the controller of the Closed joint-stock company BT Financial Corporation;
— series АА qualification certificate No. 000420 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or controller of the entity that performs broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management issued to Vladimir S. Zabiyakin, the sole executive body of the Closed joint-stock company KONTO;
— series АI-010 qualification certificate No. 000575 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Semyen N. Sukhanov, the controller of the Closed joint-stock company KONTO.
