On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 28 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity of the Open joint-stock company ACCEPT-RK Financial Company (TIN 7714111213).
The reasons to take the decision to cancel the licences were repeated violations within a year of Russian securities legislation.
