On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation, on 28 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series АА qualification certificate No. 008497 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management and series AIV-003 No. 011091 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in depository activity issued to Vadim S. Skutin, the sole executive body of Euroexpert Investment Company, limited liability company;

— series AI-001 qualification certificate No. 012429 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Maria A. Sharakhova, a controller of Euroexpert Investment Company, limited liability company.
