Starting 28 July 2015, the Bank of Russia holds an open tender to select a counterparty to sign a contract to build the second phase of the information support system for the Bank of Russia chief auditor service (CAS ISS).
The tender will be held in two stages with information published on the CJSC Sberbank-AST trading platform: http://utp.sberbank-ast.ru.
