On amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3359-U on qualification examination

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3697-U, dated 29 June 2014, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3359-U, Dated 5 August 2014, ‘On the Procedure for Conducting Qualification Examination for Candidates to Join Actuary Self-Regulatory Organisation and on the Procedure for Confirming Its Passing’.

The Ordinance establishes a method and terms for the Bank of Russia to publish information on the date of qualification examination for candidates to join actuary self-regulatory organisation.

The document also states that such candidates are not allowed to join the examination if they have already successfully passed it or if the commission took a decision to deny qualification less than180 days earlier.

Besides, some amendments are made to the procedure of receiving the certificate after successful passing of the examination for candidates to join actuary self-regulatory organisation.

The Ordinance is registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 14 July 2015.
