On amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3435-U as regards attestation of responsible actuaries
The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No.
The Ordinance clarifies certain provisions dealing with the certification procedure of responsible actuaries.
The amendments are also made to the requirements to the personal membership of the certification commission and to its approval procedure, as well as confirmation of certification materials, certification running and publication of its results.
The Ordinance is registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 17 July 2015.
