On Bank of Russia decisions as of 27 January 2015 

On 27 January, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register:

The rules of organization and internal controls of the Sevastopol-based YUZHNAYA STOCK COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;

The rules of keeping the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds of the Sevastopol-based YUZHNAYA STOCK COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;

The regulations of specialized depositary for investment funds, unit investment funds, and non-governmental pension funds of the Sevastopol-based YUZHNAYA STOCK COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

To agree on the internal regulations of performing operations with pension savings of the Moscow-based state corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank).

To re-issue:

confirmations of the licences to manage investment funds, unit investment funds, and non-governmental pension funds issued to the following entities:

— the Moscow-based Trust-Capital Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

— the Moscow-based Empire Trust, closed joint-stock company, due to a change of location;

— the Moscow-based Dominion Management Company, joint-stock company, due to a change of name (earlier referred to as the Dominion Management Company, closed joint-stock company), and location.

confirmation of the licence to manage pension provision and pension insurance of the Moscow-based Interregional Non-Governmental Pension Fund BOLSHOI, joint-stock company, due to a change of name (earlier referred to as the Interregional Non-Governmental Pension Fund BOLSHOI, closed joint-stock company);

confirmation of the licence to serve as the specialized depositary for investment funds, unit investment funds, and non-governmental pension funds of the Saint-Petersburg-based Funds´ Central Custodian, limited liability company, due to a change of location.
