On securities issue

On 27 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Leasing Company KAMAZ Incorporated, joint-stock company, placed through private subscription, and to assign state registration number 1-01-56828-D-005D to the additional securities issue;

to register a report on the results of the issue of class Б non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of Closed Joint Stock Company Mortgage Agent of Absolut, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-02-71399-H;

to register amendments to the decisions on the issue of series 02 and 03 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of Public Joint Stock Company Magnit, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-02-60525-Р and 4-03-60525-Р dated 27 December 2012, and amendments to the prospectus of series 01, 02 and 03 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of Public Joint Stock Company Magnit, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-60525-Р, 4-02-60525-Р and 4-03-60525-Р dated 27 December 2012, placed through public subscription.
