On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 26 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to ALLIANCE-INVEST, limited liability company (TIN: 7730614180, PSRN: 1097746494504).
The reason to take the decision was the repeated violations within a year of the requirements of securities legislation of the Russian Federation.
