On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 26 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer, and depository activity issued to RB Securities, open joint-stock company (TIN: 7708066770, PSRN: 1037739355301).
The reasons to take the decision were the repeated violations within a year of the requirements of securities legislation of the Russian Federation.
