On 23 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant of the credit institution JSC Greenfieldbank (TIN: 7701000940) (hereinafter, the Company) to carry out broker activity (licence number 045-13134-100000, dated 27 May 2010), dealer activity (licence number 045-13135-010000, dated 27 May 2010), and securities management (licence number licence number, dated dated 27 May 2010) due to the revocation of the Company’s banking licence.
