On replacing licence forms and reissuing licences of insurance agents

The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to replace forms of insurance licences of the following entities:

Medical Insurance Company MEDSTRAKH, limited liability company,

Insurance Company ROSLES, limited liability company,

Medical Insurance Company ASKO-ZABOTA, limited liability company,

Joint-stock Insurance Company Investstrakh,

Joint-stock Insurance Company Zheleznodorozhny Strakhovoy Fond,

Joint-stock Company MetLife Insurance Company,

National Insurance Group — ROSENERGO, Ltd;

to reissue:

licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker to Altair Insurance Broker, limited liability company, due to the change of location and postal address,

reinsurance licence to Joint-stock Company MetLife Insurance Company due to the change of name.
