On reissuing forms of licences

On 22 October 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

the Moscow-based Financial Company East European Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

the Samara-based KOSHELEV-BANK, joint-stock company, to carry out dealer activity due to a change of name and location;

the Moscow-based FONDOVY KAPITAL Investment Company, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

the Moscow-based Commercial Bank International Bank of Development, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name.
