On reissuing forms of licences of securities market professional participant

On 24 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of a securities market professional participant to the following entities:

• the Moscow-based Financial Company Advanced Financial Technologies AFT, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due to a change of location;
• Nizhny Novgorod-based limited liability company Nizhny Novgorod Specialized Depository to carry out depositary activity due to a change of location;
• the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Otkritie Finansovie Resheniya to carry out dealer activity due to a change of name and location;
• the Moscow-based Investment Company Prime Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;
• the Moscow-based limited liability company TITAN-INVEST to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location.
