On 20 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 026169 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/101 of 28 May 2002) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity.
