On securities issue
On 23 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund StalFond (the Vologda Region) placed through distribution of shares during reorganisation through conversion, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50171-A;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company NPO Saturn (the Yaroslavl Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50001-А-005D;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company South-West TPP (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-03477-D-005D to the additional issue of securities;
to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (Republic of Udmurtia) placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value, to assign state registration number 1-02-55518-E to the issue of securities;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Export Insurance Agency of Russia (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55488-Е-002D;
to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Telecom-Soyuz (the city of Moscow) placed though distribution of shares, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50172-A;
to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund VNIIEF-GARANT (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares, to assign state registration number 1-01-50425-A to the issue of securities.
