On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity of Troika Capital Investment Company, limited liability company.
The reason to take such decision was repeated violation over the past year of the requirements of Russian securities legislation including those related to resistance to inspection by Bank of Russia authorised representatives.
