On Bank of Russia decisions

On 24 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Sberbank — Residential Property 2, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the joint-stock company Sberbank Asset Management,

Horizontal, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company;

to strike off the following entities from the register of unit investment funds:

BALTINVEST — Power Energy Fund, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by BALTINVEST UK, limited liability company,

Russian Bonds, open-end bond unit investment fund managed by Aton Management, limited liability company,

Aton — Equity, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Aton Management, limited liability company;

to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based joint-stock company Sberbank Asset Management due to the change of name (previously: closed joint-stock company Sberbank Asset Management);

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based ANEKT, limited liability company.
