On securities issue

On 24 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume an issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Rust Russia placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-42186-Н-004D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue and the prospectus of series 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based state company Russian Highways placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-02-00011-T.
