Due to the revocation of the banking licence from TANDEM Bank, limited liability company (the city of Moscow, TIN 7703074584), (hereinafter, the Company), the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant issued to the Company to carry out broker activity No. 077-02909-100000, dated 27 November 2000, dealer activity No. 077-03018-010000, dated 27 November 2000, depositary activity No. 077-04350-000100, dated 27 November 2000, and securities management No. 177-10028-001000, dated 15 March 2007.
