On 24 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible registered uncertified discount bonds of the joint-stock company Mechanical Engineering Complex Zvezda placed through private subscription;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55356-Е-009D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Samara Regional Energy Corporation placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-03860-E-021D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Yugra Regional Power Grid Company placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-33568-D-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to resume the issue and to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Blagovest placed through allocation of shares,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50364-А to the issue of securities;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Volga-Capital placed through allocation of shares,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50306-А to the issue of securities.
