On securities issue
On 26 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to recognise invalid the issues of series BO-01 and BO-02 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange traded bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Dixi Group, the identification numbers are 4В02-01-40420-Н and 4В02-02-40420-Н, dated 1 December 2010;
to register reports on the results of the issue of series 01, 02 and 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of T2 RTC Holding placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-01-36436-R, 4-02-36436-R and 4-03-36436-R,
due to the non-placement of any securities, to recognise these issues invalid and to cancel their state registration;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company DIXI Yug placed through conversion in the course of reorganisation through acquisition, the state registration numbers of the additional issues are 1-01-30264-Н-019D and 1-01-30264-Н-020D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Bus Terminals of the Moscow Region placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-10944-А-003D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research Institute of Precision Instruments placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13929-А-005D;
to register an issue and a prospectus of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Multioriginators Mortgage Agent 1 placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 4-04-82069-Н to the issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Energo-Gas-Noyabrsk placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-32191-D-002D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Yakutsk Airport placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-32984-F-004D to the additional issue of securities;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Special Economic Zone Titanium Valley placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33603-D-003D;
to include the Federal Foundation for the Protection of Investors and Shareholders Rights in the List of persons acting as representatives of bond holders.
