On securities issue
On 26 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to recognise invalid the issue of series BO-16 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Russian Agricultural Bank, the identification number is 4B02-16-03349-B, dated 11 February 2014;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Pilot Plant Hydromontazh placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-02866-А-001D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Red Hydropress placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33508-Е-003D;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Moscow Region Development Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15236-А-001D;
to register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of TransFinance, limited liability company, placed through public subscription,
to assign state registration number 4-01-36464-R to the issue of securities;
to register issues of series 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of GPB — Financial Products, limited liability company, placed through public subscription,
to assign state registration numbers 4-01-36463-R, 4-02-36463-R, 4-03-36463-R, 4-04-36463-R, 4-05-36463-R, and 4-06-36463-R to the issues of securities;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Voronezh Aircraft Production Association placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-40243-А-002D;
to include a law firm Nektorov, Saveliev and Partners, limited liability company, in the List of persons acting as representatives of bond holders.
