On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant of the following entities:

Licence to carry out dealer activity No. 055-06421-010000, dated 11 February 2003, due to the request of the Omsk-based open joint-stock company Zemlya (TIN 5502014510);

Licence to carry out depositary activity No. 177-04161-000100, dated 20 December 2000, due to the request of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company J&T Bank (TIN 7713001271);

Licence to carry out broker activity No. 063-10676-100000, dated 30 October 2007, licence to carry out dealer activity No. 063-10681-010000, dated 30 October 2007, licence to carry out depositary activity No. 063-10697-000100, dated 30 October 2007, due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Samara-based open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Volga-Credit (TIN 6310000192).
