On cancelling licence of management company

The reason to cancel the Licence of the Management Company is:
the repeated failure within a year to comply with the Bank of Russia’s orders while acting as a licenced management company;
the repeated more than 15 working days’ delay within a year in reporting as stipulated in federal laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia regulations while acting as a licenced management company;
the repeated non-compliance within a year with the disclosure requirements as stipulated in federal laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, including the Bank of Russia regulations, while acting as a licenced management company.
