On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 26 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of Non-Governmental Pension Fund Saint Petersburg through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Saint Petersburg; to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Saint Petersburg; to reissue a documentary confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Saint Petersburg.
