On Bank of Russia decisions of 23 December 2014

On 23 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to strike off from the register of unit investment funds the open-end equity unit investment fund Pallada — Energy managed by the closed joint-stock company Pallada Asset Management;

to strike off from the register of unit investment funds the open-end mixed unit investment fund Pallada — Sozidanie managed by the closed joint-stock company Pallada Asset Management;

to strike off from the register of unit investment funds the open-end index unit investment fund Aton — MICEX Index managed by Aton Management, limited liability company;

to register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Lipetsk-based open joint-stock company Social Development Non-Governmental Pension Fund;

to register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund of Metal Workers;

to register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socium;

to reissue the documents confirming the licences to manage investment funds, unit investments funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following organisations:

the Krasnodar-based Premier League Management Company, limited liability company due to change of location;

the Moscow-based joint-stock company Financial Business Systems Management Company due to change of name (previous name: closed joint-stock company Financial Business Systems Management Company).
