On 23 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register:
the clearing rules of the Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank National Clearing Centre (Closed joint-stock company) in the standartised derivatives market;
the organized trading rules in the standartised derivatives market of the Moscow-based Open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS.
