On registering rules of trust management

On 24 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register rules of trust management of the following entities:

Mortgage collateral of ISU GK-4 mortgage participation certificates managed by GeoCapital Managemet Company, limited liability company;

Mortgage collateral of ISU GK-5 mortgage participation certificates managed by GeoCapital Managemet Company, limited liability company;

Mortgage collateral of Credit Lines mortgage participation certificates managed by Alliance Management, limited liability company;

Mortgage collateral of Alliance Credit mortgage participation certificates managed by Alliance Management, limited liability company;

Strcuctural Investment-2, closed-end long-term direct investment unit investment fund managed by the VTB Capital Pension Reserve, limited liability company;

PKS, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by MAXIMUM Management company, limited liability company;

Basis Prof, closed-end long-term direct investment unit investment fund managed by BusinessProfTrading Management Company, limited liability company;

Invest-MFOND, closed-end long-term direct investment unit investment fund managed by MFOND, limited liability company.
