On securities issue

On 25 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55488-Е-001D.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT placed through purchase of shares by the reorganized Non-Governmental Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50197-А.

To register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Engineering Center Russian Gas Centrifuge placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value.

To assign state registration number 1-02-13061-А to the issue of securities.

To register the issue of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and the prospectus of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Sodrugestvo Industries placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-02-36179-R to the issue of securities.

To register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and the prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Liberty Finance placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36456-R to the issue of securities.

To register the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joont-stock company Ufa Engine-Building Production Association placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-30132-D-007D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Sinara-Transportation Machines placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55323-Е-002D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company ELVIS-NeoTech placed through private subscriprion, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-75601-Н-003D.
