The Bank of Russia took a decision to issue licences to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Sevastopol-based PARANGON MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, and the Simferopol-based VLADINVESTGROUP MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
