On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3161, dated 11 November 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Ufa-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Payment Service Bank or OJSC PSB Ufa Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3294 dated 25 November 2014):

— to withdraw Yekaterina A. Kharitonchouk, chief economist of the banking supervision section of the Murmansk Regional Division, and Lyubov V. Pyazheva, lead economist of the information analysis sector under the banking supervision section of the Murmansk Regional Division, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Payment Service Bank from 26 November 2014.

— to introduce Yevgeny V. Rogov, general counsel of the legal department of the Murmansk Regional Division, and Yelena A. Batayeva, lead economist of the accounting and reporting sector under the accounting and reporting section of the Murmansk Regional Division, to the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Payment Service Bank from 26 November 2014.
